I have thought about writing a book for many years, however never had the focused time. With my daughters getting older, I found myself able to focus at their sporting practices. I would sit at the venue or at times go to a restaurant with my laptop and start typing. After a few sessions, I had the vision and a desire to get my thoughts written down.

I have limited experience as a writer, Join The Club is my first book. I found it insightful and challenging and hope to build upon it with additional related stories over the coming years.

The principles in Join The Club are not "new" in the sense many successful leaders have taken the same actions to build and develop teams. The focus on the specific combination explored in Join The Club I have found to be a recipe for lasting success. I lean heavily on what has worked for me and what may not have gone so well over the years when I write, putting thought into how the reader can take away a lesson or two they can implement and have the same impact others.

I hope everyone who reads my works will feel the passion I have for helping others, a passion that has grown over the years and been impacted by so many wonderful people. I also hope each reader can reflect on the concepts and take away some thoughtful action and they too will gain that passion for helping others.
