After her recent promotion from sales agent to sales manager, Elyse is attending her first company off-site. Wide eyed and ready to take on the world, the off-site focuses on team building and leadership development. Another highlight of the event is the unveiling of ‘The Club’, consisting of the top five sales managers from the prior year. Eager to make a name for herself, Elyse attempts to take away as many lessons as possible. While on her journey she encounters different takes from her new peers and learns a little about herself along the way.
